MERLOT

CHIANTI
Intense ruby red colour, which tends to garnet through ageing. Refined to the nose, its flavour is intense and persistent, its structure broad and harmonious.
MALBEC
From the foothills east of the Andes, these grapes are perfectly ripened, giving the wine elegant blackberry and plum flavours. Lighter notes of blueberry and white pepper develop into a long and fruity finish.
SANGIOVESE
With 100% Sangiovese grapes this is a bright ruby red that has an elegant, smooth and harmonious taste to it.
MONTEPULCIANO D’ABRUZZO
One of Italy’s best known grapes. A soft and smooth wine which is easy to drink with cherry and plum flavours. Excellent pairing to beef, veal, pork and pasta dishes.
BARDOLINO
Produced in the eastern part of Lake Garda, in the province of Verona. Brilliant ruby red with cherry and violet aromas. A well rounded wine, medium-structured and long-lasting. Best with spicy dishes and cheeses.

VALPOLICELLA
A blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes this wine has aromas of ripe cherry, plum and vanilla. A structured wine with supple tannins and appropriate acidity.
VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO
Finished in chestnut and oak casks, this has full, rich flavours and a distinctive velvety palate with a bouquet of vanilla and almonds.
ETNA ROSSO
Made from a blend of indigenous Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes, grown on the lava terraces on the Souteastern slopes of Mount Etna. A brilliant ruby red wine, complex on the nose with floral hints. A smooth mineral taste and an intense fruity finish, best served with pasta dishes, roasted and grilled meats.
NERO D’AVOLA
An intense red wine with intense aromas of preserved fruits, a balanced and full bodies flavour and a long lasting and pleasant finish.Best enjoyed with red meat, spicy pasta or cheese.
PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA
Dominant notes of mature fruits, elegant spicy tones, an untameable force and a warm character. The Primitivo vineyards and its durmast oak barrels create a fascinating blend whose clear taste experience. Complex, pleasant and persistent on the palate makes it excellent with red meat dishes.
BAROLO
A red DOCG wine variety from the region of Piedmont, Italy. Often described as one of Italy’s finest wines. Dry, full bodied with a long finish, Barolo has a complex and elegant bouquet and a beautiful red colour with garnet reflections. Best enjoyed with truffle courses, venison and roasts.
AMARONE
Produced in Cazzano di Tramigna in the province of Verona. A deep red wine with violet shades, intense aromas with scents of stewed fruit and jam. On the palate it’s very elegant thanks to the harmonious balance between power and softness. A complex finish, with clear scents of jam (cherries, blackberries, raspberries) and intense spicy notes. Excellent with red meats and spicy dishes.
BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO
Tuscany’s most famous DOCG red wine and most bold representation of the Sangiovese grape, Brunello di Montalcino cannot be released for sale until 5 years after harvest. A ruby red coloured wine with garnet accents. Direct and determined on the nose, with typical varietal aromas. Captivating and harmonious in taste.

CHARDONNAY

VERDICCHIO
Grown since the Roman Ages, Verdicchio is a typical native grape variety os the hills of Jesi’s Castles in Marche. From an accurate selection and production, this fine wine was born with fresh crispess and a long lasting taste of fruit and flowers and a feeling of almond.
Best served with seafood and shellfish pasta dishes.
GAVI DI GAVI
Floral, elegant and rich in fruit nuances. The taste is fresh, dry and harmonious, with a well integrated and balanced acidity. Can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with seafood and fish.
ETNA BIANCO
Made from a blend of the indigenous grapes Carricante and Catarratto, grown on the lava terraces located on the Southeastern slopes of Mount Etna. A brilliant straw-yellow coloured wine, with an intense bouquet with notes of wild flowers, grapefruit and apple.
Fresh, elegant and well-structured on the palate. Etna Bianco is best served as an aperitif or accompaniment to seafood or fried fish.
CHÂTEAU PAS DU CERF DIANE ROSE, PROVENCE, FRANCE
This crisp and refreshing wine is composed of a blend of Cinsault, Tibouren, Grenache and Mourvedre grapes. The sea breezes of the La Londe subzone of Provence keep the vines cool and the south-facing slopes allow for perfect ripening. The light red berry flavours and vibrant citrus notes make this a perfect aperitif wine.
